Abstract.
Choreographic solutions of the N-body problem are solutions where the bodies follow each other around a closed path, an idea motivated by the famous figure 8 solution discovered by Chenciner and Montgomery in 2000. I will discuss the possible symmetry types of these motions and the topology of each symmetry class. This is joint work with Katie Steckles.
