Abstract.
I will summarize our knowledge of the theory of holomorphic locally homogeneous geometric structures on compact complex manifolds. In particular, I will discuss Dumitrescu's conjecture that if a compact complex manifold has $c_1=0$ and such a structure, then the manifold is a torus and the structure is translation invariant.
