Abstract.
In this talk we will study the space of unit volume invariant metrics on a compact homogeneous space. In particular, we will introduce the notion of divergent sequence of invariant metrics and we will state some necessary conditions for any such a sequence to diverge with uniformly bounded curvature. Finally, time permitting, we will show some examples.
