Institut Mittag-Leffler announces a number of grants for the academic year 20152016.
The scientific areas for the year's two programs are:
Symplectic geometry and topology 1 September - 11 December, 2015
Classification of operator algebras: complexity, rigidity, and dynamics 18 January - 29 April, 2016
In order to be considered for a grant you must fulfill the following conditions:
your research interest must fall within the area of the program you apply for you must be either an advanced graduate student or a recent PhD (degree obtained 5 years ago or later) The grants consist of:
accommodation and office space free of charge. a monthly stipend travel expenses to and from Stockholm Preference will be given to applications for longer stays, preferably for a semester.

Fill out the application form. Press the "create pdf" button at the bottom of the form. Check that the pdf application is complete and accurate. If you want to change or add something, return to the web form, make the changes and press the "create pdf" button again. Save the pdf and attach it to an email and send to secretary@mittag-leffler.se Attach copies of your work (if any) in pdf format or send a link to a website where your work is published. Arrange that two or (preferably) three letters of recommendation are sent to the Institute. If you rather send the application by ordinary air mail, please mail the application and your work to:

Your application should arrive no later than 12 January, 2015. Decisions on awards will be made by the end of January 2015.
