Post-doctoral position
In the framework of the ANER project ITIQ-3D, recently funded by the "Région Bourgogne Franche-Comté", a one-year post-doctoral position is available at the "Institut de Mathématiques de Bourgogne" in Dijon. The general research areas are low-dimensional topology and quantum topology. Some more specific research themes are
finite-type invariants of knots & 3-manifolds,
categorification of knot & 3-manifold invariants,
applications to mapping class groups of surfaces.
There are no teaching duties and the salary (before income taxes) will be about 2350€ per month. The starting date should be between October 1, 2018 and December 1, 2018.
