A postdoctoral position is available at the University of Bielefeld with starting date April 1, 2017 or as soon as possible thereafter. We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher in arithmetic/algebraic geometry with interest in any of the following fields: algebraic cycles and motives, Hodge theory, abelian varieties, hyper-Kaehler geometry, derived categories. The position is initially for 2 years, with a possible extension for up to a further 3 years. The deadline for applications is on March 24, 2017.
