MPI MiS in Leipzig is opening a W2 Research Group Leader position in applied algebra and geometry. The position has no teaching duties and comes with a competitive salary, research support, possibility of hiring postdoc etc. The group is expected to closely cooperate with the research group of Bernd Sturmfels.
