The Institute of Algebraic Geometry and the Riemann Center for Geometry and Physics invite applications for a position as a
Postdoc position (Salary Scale E 13 TV-L)
to be appointed on October 1st , 2016 or later. The position is limited to four years and comes with a competitive budget to run a Riemann junior research group. It offers the opportunity to pursue a habilitation.
Responsibilities and duties
The successful candidate is expected to contribute to the teaching and research of the institute. Applicants should have an excellent research track record in Algebraic Geometry while showing leadership potential.
