Dear Colleagues,
The call for applications to the PhD program in Mathematics at Sapienza University of Rome is now open:

There are 16 available positions, 13 of which come with a scholarship of approximately €1500 per month for three years. Among the 13 funded positions:
- 8 are not tied to any specific research project,
- 2 are linked to the project "Understanding Pattern Formation in Nature via Complex Analysis”,
- 2 are linked to the project "Beyond Calabi–Yau 3-folds",
- 1 is linked to the project "Kinetic Limits for Many-Body Systems".
Please share this information with any potentially interested students. If you do so, kindly include the following clarifications, which may not be immediately evident from the official announcement:
1. Only 5 out of the 13 scholarships are tied to specific research projects; the remaining 8 are open to all areas of mathematics.
2. Candidates who pass the first stage of selection (based on evaluation of CVs, reference letters, and research proposals) may take the oral interview online.
