I would like to advertise a PhD scholarship in my grant called 'Prym varieties of Galois coverings' at the Jagiellonian University of Kraków (Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science). The official advertisement can be found below but since it is in Polish I would like to translate it here.
The scholarship is for 3 years (starting date 1st October 2025) with possible extension to 4th year and for at least 4000zl monthly (around 950Euros) as addition to standard PhD scholarship. As a member of a team, a student will have the possibility to get some travel expenses for conferencesworkshops paid.

a) Basic knowledge of algebraic geometry, complex analysis, abstract algebra
