A call for a 3 years tenure track position of Researcher in Algebraic Geometry, Analytic Geometry, Arithmetic Geometry is now open at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Padova.
At the end of the 3 years the Researcher will be offered a tenure position of "Associate Professor", provided he has in the meantime obtained the "italian habilitation" as associate professor (based on a nationwide curriculum evaluation).
Requirements: at least 3 years with a post-doct position or as assistant professor or equivalent.
Engagement during the 3 years:
Teaching Duty: 80 hours of teaching (including basic mathematics) per year.
Salary: 34000 euros (before taxes) which can be increased up to 40000 according to the level of the candidate.
