The DFG Research Training Group “Analysis, Geometry and String Theory” at Leibniz Universitaet Hannover invites applications for two positions as a Research Assistant (PhD student) to be appointed as soon as possible. The positions each initially are limited to one year; an extension for two more years is anticipated.
The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work towards a doctoral degree in Analysis, Geometry or Mathematical Physics.
To qualify for the position, applicants must hold a Master’s degree or a Diploma in Mathematics or Physics with above-average success in the present courses of studies.
