SISSA (International School for Advanced Studies), located in Trieste, is advertising a post-doctoral position in algebraic geometry. This is a one-year position, which can be extended for one more year (further extensions are also possible, subject to funding availability). Candidates with expertise in the areas of derived algebraic geometry, symplectic geometry and mirror symmetry are especially encouraged to apply.
