The position is actually related to a large research grant (bridging several groups in the department) on the general topic of Geometry, Probability and its Synergies.
As a consequence, applications are particularly welcomed from researchers whose expertise bridges two or more of the following areas: geometry, probability theory, number theory and mathematical physics.
