SISSA, Trieste is offering 8 PhD positions in Geometry and Mathematical Physics. The positions are for 4 years, with no teaching duties, starting on 01 October 2020. There are two different calls:

(2) general call for all applicants (both EU and NON-EU, first deadline 03 March 2020): https://www.sissa.it/it/bandi/concorso-lammissione-ai-corsi-di-phd-della-sissa-lanno-accademico-202021. Interviews for this call, including a written test, will be held at SISSA on 25-25 March 2020.
