The Berlin Mathematical School (BMS) is the joint graduate school of the mathematics departments of the three major Berlin universities, TU Berlin, FU Berlin, and HU Berlin, and it offers a combined Master/PhD-program taught in English. (https://www.math-berlin.de)
There are scholarships available to study for a Master (Phase I) and/or PhD (Phase II), in a broad spectrum of mathematics, including Algebraic Geometry.
The new application cycle is open, the deadline is December 1st, 2019.
