We are pleased to announce our workshop on „Buildings, Varieties and Applications“, which will take place later this year on November 11-13, 2019 at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the sciences in Leipzig, Germany.

Our workshop is aimed at bringing together the theoretical and applied communities working in the interactions between geometry and buildings. Our main speakers are:
