Dear all,
This is the first announcement concerning the conference "Algebraic groups : Geometry, Actions and Structure" that will take place in Lyon (France) from October 29th to November 2nd, 2018.
The aim of this conference is to give an overview of the recent progress in the following research fields:
-Complex geometry and group actions
-Representation and geometry
-Spherical varieties
-Structure of group schemes
-Representations of finite groups

Registration will open in March 2018. Please only register using the on-line registration form of the website.
We do not cover travel expenses for the participants. But partial funding will be available to cover the accommodation expenses of the young participants (please request such a funding if needed when registering on-line).
