This 5-day summer school and workshop is adressed to researchers in differential geometry and theoretical physics. There will be three minicourses about geometric flows (O. Schnürer), black holes (G. Gibbons) and Lorentzian geometry (H. Baum). The main part of the program consists of research talks which consist of two parts, one of which will be of a more introductory nature and thus should be accessible also for PhD students.
The lectures will start on Monday, September 19, at 9:30 am (registration will be possible from 8:30 am to 9:30 am), and end on Friday, September 23, at 5:30 pm. Courses will take place at the Department of Mathematics, Bundesstraße 55. For more information, please visit the webpage of this event.
