PRESENTATION: The study of hyperplane or hypersurface arrangements is a classical subject at the crossroads of many areas of mathematics; it concerns combinatorics, topology, algebraic geometry, singularity theory commutative algebra, and dynamical systems. The main objective of this meeting is to initiate mathematical exchanges and collaborations, about hyperplane or hypersurface arrangements, between mathematicians coming from different fields of mathematics. More information is available at http://riemann.unizar.es/arrangements Participation is free, you can register at http://riemann.unizar.es/arrangements The conference is organized by « Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour » and by « Instituto Universitario de Matematicas y aplicaciones », from the Universidad de Zaragoza.

FINANCIAL SUPPORTERS: We would like to thank the financial support from the following institutions and grants: GDR CNRS 2945 "Singularités et Applications", GDR CNRS 3064 "Géométrie Algébrique et Géométrie complexe", ANR GEOLMI ANR-11-BS03-0011, PHC-SAKURA 31944VE, Laboratoire de Mathématique de Pau (LMAP), Réseau Franco-Brésilien en Mathématiques, l'Ambassade de France en Espagne, IUMA, Grupo Geometría E15, Facultad de Ciencias, Universidad de Zaragoza
