This is the fourth conference of the Glances@Manifolds series, organized at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland (the previous ones took place in 2015, 2016, 2018). Each time we aim to bring together a diverse group of people, looking at manifolds from different points of view.
The main topics this year are:
1. Group Actions on Manifolds and Toric Topology; 2. Knots, Links, and Low Dimensional Manifolds; 3. (Pseudo) Riemannian Geometries on Manifolds.
