The workshop is part of a special trimester at ICMAT on the main themes of the Hitchin-Ngô Laboratory. The Hitchin-Ngô Laboratory is an initiative of the Algebraic Geometry and Mathematical Physics group at ICMAT, led by Oscar Garcia-Prada, and is chaired jointly by Nigel Hitchin and Ngô Bảo Châu.
