Dear colleagues,
We are advertising a 2-years postdoctoral position.
The postdoc position will be based in Nancy (1 year) with PI Gianluca Pacienza (gianluca.pacienza(AT)univ-lorraine.fr) and in Frankfurt (1 year) with PI Alex Küronya (kuronya(AT)math.uni-frankfurt.de) and has no teaching duties.
Expected start: September 2024 in Nancy.
Deadline for applications: May, 03 2024.
Requirements: expertise in the geometry of K-trivial varieties, birational geometry, positivity questions on algebraic varieties.
Salary: around 2400 € net/month.

POK0 is a Franco-German collaboration on the positivity on K-trivial varieties with participating scientists in Bochum, Frankfurt, Nancy, Nice, Poitiers, Saarbrücken, and Tübingen. It is funded by the ANR and the DFG for the next three years. We will closely collaborate, online and offline, and the postdocs and PhD students within the project will be deeply involved in this exchange.
