Dear Colleagues,

This is the first announcement of the conference "Regulators V", to be held at the University of Pisa from June 3-13, 2024. This is the 5'th edition of the long running "Regulators" series of conferences which bring together the world's leading experts on regulators and their connections to the study of algebraic cycles and motives. Applications to physics and other branches of mathematics such as number theory, algebraic geometry and mathematical physics will also be considered. In particular, the conference will report on the progress in the subject since the previous conference Regulators IV, which was held in Paris in 2016.
