This is an announcement for the BRIDGES meeting on Special Geometries and Stability, to be held at the IESC (Institut d'Etudes Scientifiques de Cargèse) in Corsica (France) from June 24th to July 5th, 2024. The organizing committee (D. Faenzi (Université de Bourgogne), E. Legendre (Université de Lyon 1), E. Loubeau (Université de Bretagne Occidentale), and H. Sa Earp (Unicamp)) is happy to invite you to register for this 2 weeks event with scientific program
Week 1: Summer School (June 25th to June 29th, 2024)
Four mini-courses on gauge theory, special geometries specifically designed to benefit graduate students and postdoctoral researchers. The speakers are
Oscar García-Prada (Professor ICMAT, Spain);
Spiro Karigiannis,(Professor University of Waterloo, Canada);
Laurent Manivel (Directeur de recherche CNRS, Toulouse, France);
Ruxandra Moraru (Professor University of Waterloo, Canada).
Week 2: International Conference (July 1st to July 5th, 2024)
The list of speakers for this second week is still to be established. We welcome submissions of abstract for research talks on topics related to gauge theory, special geometries including G2, Kähler, and the various notions of stability.
